Name: Svetlana Valyave
Alias: Rad Spike
Age: 28
Current Level: 7
Archetype: Defender (Radiation Emmision / Radiation Blast)

Bio: When Polymer physicist Svetlana Valyave was brought into a govronment project to develop a moble, combat capible, life support unit, she never dreamed that she would be the first test subject, however, when mercenaries tried to steal the research, something went drastically wrong. The small nuclear reactor powering the island had a leak and flooded the facility with radiation. Most of the workers and attackers died within hours.

They were the lucky ones.

In the lab, Lana managed to climb into a partially finished suit and seal it. Initially, it appeared that the suit worked but scans run the next day told a different story. The time both she and the interior of the suit had spent exposed to the radiation had begun to alter her pyshiology. The suits computer attempted to stabilize her deteriorating cells but was hinderd by the radiation inside. A balance was eventually forged and Lana's life was saved. Though the price was that she needed an extreamly radioactive environment to live in. With some modifications to her suit, Lana now lives in a prison of her own making.

Receiving authorization to conduct feild tests of the improvised weapon systems as well as stress tests, the Russian govronment sent her to the Paragon City. Offically to allow Lana to conduct her research amung the extremely diverse population in hopes that she could find a way to reverse the damage to her own body and allow her to take off the suit.

[[ Rad Spike,

Great to see you have interest in our group. Be sure to keep an eye out for an officer in game (and we will do the same looking for you). Our application process revolves around a short probationary period. You may get invited into the SG to facilitate getting teams. But it really is a time for us to get to know you better and vice versa. You get a chance to see how we play and the extent of roleplaying we do. Keep in mind CCCP has a heavy 'cold war' Soviet theme. You can deviate from that a bit, but make sure you have a theme strong in communist/socialist/anarchist ideology. So look at your bio/costume and consider making changes if needed.  Also look through the biographys (in the Duty Roster) section of this site to make sure yours is not in conflict with anyone else's.  Virtually all of the other Russian characters have been aware of each other to some extent before joining the CCCP: the exception to that is, of course, characters from other parallel worlds, such as Soviet Winter, Comrade Hero, and Transiberius.

If you do get in, we like to limit the number of alts in CCCP. With a bit of bio twisting, however, a leftist/communist character outside the Russian Cold War theme will easily fit in our alt group, "Young Champions - CCCP". So after being with us a while, if you have an alt or two that might fit in our group, Young Champions is a great place for them to be.

Untermensch (Chug, 5 Year Plan)

Other Officers (limited list): Bestial Boy, Belladonna Aura, Communard, Russian Battler, Soviet Bear, Sister Hecate, John Murdock, Blaze Phoenyx, Shyft ]]
